Golden Gate BPO Attends Frost & Sullivan 8th Annual Customer Contact 2012, West, Executive MindXchange

Ernie Pizio of Golden Gate BPO Solutions attended the Frost & Sullivan 8th Annual Customer Contact 2012 West Executive MindXchange Series at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tuscon, Arizona, from October 21-24.

The conference proved to be a very worthwhile experience, according to Ernie Pizio.  As he described, "the audience was very diverse in terms of companies and geographies, and the interactive nature of the conference proved to be a great way to share content and get to know all of the attendees."  In addition, "the takeaways from the MindXchange series were two-fold, some that could actually be implemented back at the office as well as some key connections and understandings of how we can work with people and companies in attendance in a collaborative way."  The attendance also seemed to live up to its billing with a high level, over 70%, of the participants commanding Executive Level positions in addition to strong many strong management level participants.
